Any piece of a puzzle that becomes disfigured, damaged, or broken by normal usage, will be exchanged for an exact replica of the piece at no cost. When returning damaged pieces, make sure that you only return that portion of the puzzle which has been damaged or broken — not the entire item. Shipping for the damaged item(s) must be paid by the customer. Return shipping for the exchanged item(s) will be paid by Davans Puzzle Co.
