Conga consists of nine pieces, three thick central pieces 1¼ in. thick made of a dark wood (black walnut or padauk); each sandwiched between two narrower pieces made of a lighter wood (red oak or maple). Conga isn't a difficult puzzle to assemble, but it certainly is attractive.
